First, the technician thats first got into my vehicle disconnected my dash cam, I find that to be extremely disrespectful. Second, the main issues/concerns with my vehicle were not fixed. Why does the statement say 10,000 mile service when the vehicle has 40,000? Why is the next oil change sticker say it’s in 5,000 miles? I thought it was good for 10,000 miles. Ryan was quite pleasant and I didn’t see these things prior to leaving so I was not able to discuss them with him yet. I am hoping to talk with him tomorrow or on Monday to ask these questions.
