The bad: when the amp started shorting out intermittently, I was told a few times by the service guys that we can’t do anything if the radio is working at the moment, causing me to deal with a total failure out of warranty.
The good: Karen was able to secure 50% coverage on another refurbished amplifier, and seemed to understand that maybe i got a bad deal, so to speak. The solution was kind of suggested by me, but she went to bat for me and made it happen. By taking care of it, at a fair price and in an acceptably timely way,she made it convenient for me and my busy schedule. My faith in the dealership has been restored, so hats off to her for a great job. Everyone else I dealt with were courteous and professional

Ryan was fine, but most employees in there were simply just there. The feel when you go in to JM has changed. When I first started going there 2004- staff were excited-the lounge was great. The lounge now is uncomfortable in the furniture since one needs to wait at least an hour and a half. One TV needs to be replaced,has white circles all over the screen (middle tv) . Furniture is worn out. The experience is certainly not like your commercials. As a salesperson myself, I thought you should know.
