I am very happy to have Brandon Chandler for my service advisor. He always goes above and beyond to take care of my car needs! He always fits my car in even when I come to JM Lexus without an appointment. Today I was there for a problem with my tire. He got my car tire repaired/replaced much quicker than we had discussed. He arranged for a courtesy car for me so that I could continue with my day with as little inconvenience as possible while waiting for a new tire to be delivered !
