I explained the problem I am having with my radio in my car but they were unable to do anything unless the could replicate the problem. I asked if they could reinstall the software and they said no.

An extra piece (cover for the cabin filter) was found on the dash when arriving home. In a hard stop it could have hurt someone. Called and sent a picture, was told it probably goes inside the glove box, but they would check with service. haven’t heard back yet

I’ve already responded. I am completely satisfied with the service given to me by Carlos Nunez. I just feel that the service center itself. The workmen are not doing the same job efficiently as they had done in the past 30 years.
