It wasn't Diego. It was John. There was some confusion when I first arrived and was in the restroom, I then waited 25 minutes and had to track him down. He tried to call, but I think reception in your waiting area is bad. If a rep knows a customer is there somewhere, they should check more often.
Otherwise, the service was good. John was helpful in answering my questions after the service

I had a windshield replaced in your collision center in September and I had a back up camera that was missing it’s directional guide lines after the service. I brought my car in before my service appointment at 2:30. James was phenomenal and made the correction and showed me how to adjust the different choice options.
