Although I received a loaner car, after 7 days the service advisor advised me they could not replicate the shifting when the engine is cold. If assuming this is just how the car shifts, with proper attention my car should have been done sooner than 6 days.

I picked up my new car on Wednesday and immediately noticed a vibration while driving in the highway. On Friday I came back to the dealer and went to service without an appointment and was assigned to Sam Lamas. He couldn’t have been nicer or more professional and efficient. He took me in right away and within a couple of hours resolved the issue. He kept me continually informed of the progress and was pleasure to work with.
I will definitely reach out to Sam for any future JM Lexus service.
