I got absolutely no information from the advisor, but was told it was all good to go and the inspection had nothing on it. No tire depths or brake measurements. I understand these may not be an issue at 6k miles but electric cars are heavy and I'd like a tire update to make sure I'm not suprised when I need ones. Everyone at the front counter seemed less than pleased to be there. I have gone to many independent shops that made me feel welcome and this did not.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the service desk after 1hour and 50 minutes and saw my vehicle sitting out in the lot. 20 minutes later I received a text saying my car was done. Love the idea of receiving text updating how the car is coming but needs to be up to date
