The check engine light was on when I picked up the car. Someone did address it, and he was quite helpful, but it seemed strange that it was parked with the light on. Small things but it would have been great for the technicians to use the guest profile rather than adjusting the home settings of the drivers seat. The car was also put into km, which I didn’t notice until I got on the highway not knowing what speed I was going. None of these were huge things, but also seemed like something that could be addressed for other car owners

I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take an hour and 30 minutes (which seemed really long for that service) and that I would be texted when my car was done. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, I went up to the desk to ask about my car and the guy said my car had just finished (but I never received a text). I made an appointment in order to plan for this service during my work day. I recommend at the time of booking to give an idea of how long the service will take and, if the customer is waiting (which I said I was), I recommend that a service rep reaches before or near the time the car was supposed to be done to give an update. I felt forgotten about. Thanks.

A job that was supposed to take a week to week and a half took 3 weeks because apparently the parts department did not tell the service department that a part had arrived. Moreover, the wheel was never fixed, as had been stated it would in the estimate. There were multiple reasons given why, but it appears that it was not looked into until I asked about it over 2 weeks into the repair
