The service representative I dealt with was immediately dismissive, rude, and condescending from the second I walked in the door. When I mentioned I had the pre paid maintenance package and the service should be covered he said “…and who told you that” as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed but I was very put off by the way he showed no desire to talk to me and listen to me from the second I showed up. Will not be back to this location. Had the same type of interaction when I was car shopping here recently and when I saw service department years ago.

Although the vehicle wasn’t completed when originally estimated (not any fault of the service dept - the part wasn’t in stock and not rec’d when expected), everyone I spoke with (Cecil, Brad (?) and especially Kris) were excellent to work with. Professional, friendly and helpful.

The service on the bar was great. But..I live 10 minites from your site but the shuttle driver drove me for an hour and a half ! The shuttle driver was really nice and I liked him but I should have been picked up last. Instead we drove to north Fort Collins and then to CSU for pickups. Ten minutes away and I was in the van for one hour and half! I will never use your shuttle service again! But thanks for fixing my car

Brett and all service advisors are all amazing 5/5 stars towards them always amazing and friendly and relay information to the best of their abilities. But 1/5 stars for the tech Alex horrible technician to be honest. Couldn’t diagnose a loud noise that was plainly obvious and first time I saw him pull my car around his headphones were in. Absolutely awful. I am a service advisor myself so no blame towards the advisor they listen to what the technician says. I have worked with techs like that and we fired them on the spot. I still have issues that will be taken to another Hyundai for second opinions.

Brett-great! Waiting a little over an hour for shuttle to transport me to work-not great. Shuttle driver says he wasn’t notified of people waiting. Then, there were 2 of us-going in opposite directions-it was uncomfortable to decide who would be dropped off first. Ultimately, the other person decided to uber because she would be late for work. I didn’t like being put in that position :( Overall, dealership and services are good…maybe understaffed though?
