Dylan was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Good service. I did need to point out that the new tire should match the existing tires, or else they would have installed a different tire. I’m glad I noticed it before they did the work. Also, the work was not done when Dylan thought it was done, after I had already waited 90 minutes. Dylan made sure it was done promptly after that, and then gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Overall very pleased.

I was happy that all of the service was completed. However, when I dropped it off at 8:15, I was told that it could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. I was never contacted about my vehicle throughout the day and had to call twice to check on progress and learn what problem they had found related the check engine light. I was also told that the car would be finished by the end of the so shift at 5:00 but it was not completed until after that and there was not time for them to do the complimentary car was. I would have preferred that they were honest about the time rather than telling me that it would be done sooner and then it taking the whole day.
