Easy to get a timely appointment. Length of service was short. Texted me when service was completed. Made recommendations of a couple of things to do at next service or that I personally could do. No "up selling".

A2 hour wait for a wheel rotation seems extreme. I don’t blame the service representative this. The service bays were backed up with vehicles when I got there at 10:30. Perhaps this was unavoidable because of an unexpected situation like people not being able to make it to work? It definitely was not Karin’s fault. She very kindly walked
me to my car when service was completed.

We were both told the total would be $317 when she called and it ended up being $515?! Never did she mentioned that number. Also our appointment was at 10:30, am and it was 2pm and it still had not even been pulled in! We got it back at 5:30pm.
