Worst experience I have ever had with a service center. Brett and the service manager Gary Burton are two main reasons I will tell anyone and everyone not to go to this dealership for anything. The level of incompetence and lying from these two will constantly be the reason this shop will have negative experiences. If they weren't the closest dealership that I was advised to go to for my situation, I would have had my car back and running awhile ago. I am glad I made the decision to end my service with them before they tried to screw me over more. A reputation this industry already has, was on full display because of these two individuals. I appreciated the other couple of people that assisted me in any sort of way, but I will not be promoting this location to anyone.

Dylan was very helpful and answered all my questions when asked which I appreciated. However. After purchasing a new tire for my car the new tire was reading slightly low pressure when I drove home. It was offered that I could return to have the air filled to correct amount but it is a 20 min drive each way so I will add more air to the tire tomorrow myself. Doesn't seem like great service to have a brand new tire put on the car and not ensure the pressure is correct.
Again. Not sure anything Dylan could have done since he is not directly working on the car.
