I would never return to this representative. They claimed they would not honor the warranty because the sensor got out of alignment because it was bumped. However they would not provide any evidence for a bump. The car never suffered any damage and there is not a single outside dent or bump. The idea that when something stops working is due to outside factors is an easy way to sell a warranty and not respect it. Very disappointing from Hyubdai.

He was also helpful in pointing out the items which needed to be done when we reached the 60,000 mile service mark. He also provided an estimate of what the cost would be.
