I did bring up the need for ALL Sales personnel to explain the 12v reset button. My car died twice while on trips from the airport. My car sat between 7-15 days. Arriving after a long flighbitanexceutiating to your car to be found dead. Called the tow truck at 2 am. Next day called the dealership since my car was 4 months old at the time. Dealership said that might happen when it’s hot outside but rare? Hih? My next trip it’s winter and only back from Chicago. Dead car. Call Hyundai road service for a jump. Then called service cause it was 5 pm and got a guy who said their sales people don’t know of the safety issue of the 12v battery that shuts off to protect the high battery. To start press the 12v button. Huh? WHY WHY WHY would this not be a point of conversation to the buyer? I called to cancel the tow and explained the issue and he said he’d never heard of this. Communication is needed here. Love my car but thisnpisses me off to no end.

The service staff tried to be helpful but told me that the needed repair was not covered under my warranty. This is inaccurate as I purchased a full warranty when I bought my car in October 2021. The service desk staff said to speak to the finance department. Tyler and finance reviewed my file and agreed that the powertrain warranty was purchased but not filed correctly. He said he’s going to work to update that. I need the transmission fixed, in my $125 diagnostic fee fully refunded, please.

Brett was good to work with, but I was very disappointed that whomever installed and serviced the "new" reconditioned engine they put in my 2015 Hyundai sonata, overfilled the engine oil by one and 1/2 quarts of oil. I didn't check it until having driven over 400 miles and I'm concerned it could affect my engine life.it could have blown the seal or something. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN FILLING OIL ON A NEW ENGINE? A high-school student wouldn't do that!

Dylan was fantastic. I am completely satisfied with his help. My car is not right yet though. I was at Hyundai service from 9:15 am-5:40 pm…to have a recall fixed this morning. Was supposed to be 1 1/2 hrs. At 10:30 am, Team recommended an alignment and brake flush and could do it and was supposed be done by 12:15. Was “done” at 2:20. I paid and left to get my car washed…car goes straight but steering wheel tilted to left. Dylan asked me to come back. “Fixed” again but still not right and showed the Tech at 3:30. Tried again and after a short drive with Dylan, I finally left at 5:40 thinking it was good or at least not tilting left. Dylan asked me to call him in the morning to let him know for sure and he wanted to see if he could refund me some amount for all my time spent there today and my patience. I left to get my car washed and steering wheel is straighter but unfortunately now over corrected and slightly tilting right definitely improved. I lost an entire day and my steering wheel is no longer straight like when I came in at 9:15 this morning. I just want my money back so I can get it fixed. I’d love to let Hyundai try but needless to say, I’ve lost confidence and don’t think the techs are capable of doing it right.

Being new to the area, I was extremely happy with my Hyundai dealership where I moved from, and finding Crossroads Hyundai was excellent. I tried Greeley Hyundai and they were a disappointment. The customer service experience at Crossroads Hyundai was similar to the level of service I've come to expect and Kristine was awesome. Her demeanor and attitude was great. My two visits so far have been perfect with no pressure placed on me during either service. The dealership is nice and clean with plenty of seating options. I'm entertaining the idea of trading my current 2024 Palisade for one of the 2026 Palisade models - in large part because of the Hyundai brand and the level of service I've received.

I waited for two hours when I was told it would be done in 1.5 hours. And after 2 hours, I went up to the desk to find out that they hadn’t even STARTED my service. I had to leave for another appt. without even having anything done on the car after waiting for two hours for no reason. If you are understaffed, I would have appreciated someone just calling Into reschedule so I didn’t sit there for absolutely no reason. It was an extremely frustrating experience. Or, someone should have checked in after one hour to tell me about the delay because I might have left then.
