Cecil was very kind and professional. He reviewed the plan for servicing my vehicle and explained it to my understanding. I called him with a few questions and was thoroughly pleased and satisfied with his answers. He quoted the service fee and applied the coupons I brought in from the manufacturer. Root problem not addressed. Turning of the digital key (which we think is the issue) is not a solution, it is a workaround. Need a SW update from Hyundai to fix this issue

Zero customer service. Bad energy from the beginning. It was clear that it did not matter to the service team that I was a proud owner of 2 Kona’s. It’s almost like trying to get help from the old cable service guys. Me trying to get an oil change there equals wasting their time. If it wasn’t for Cecil, I would seriously consider never bringing my cars back there. I honestly don’t know if they really ever serviced my vehicles. Zero trust.

Everything went well, although getting a simple flat tire on the Ioniq 5 is no longer an easy remedy. Getting it replaced and fixing damage cost about $1200. A flat tire. I do wish the dealership offered rides to Longmont though. That would greatly help.
