Your maintenance technician stated that my 2023 Frontier needed a new driver/serpentine belt. It was marked critical in red. That’s funny. I only came in for an oil change. As soon as I got my vehicle back I made sure to check the serpentine belt and there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with it! I don’t appreciate the dishonesty of your service department or the fact that you are trying to not only rip me off but how many other scams like this have your mechanics pulled on other customers? Your department should be ashamed of itself and you should be lucky that I don’t report your department to the Better Business Bureau!

I asked many times before I got there how long the service would take and was told they didn’t know when I got there. They told me it would take two hours. I was there for 3 1/2 hours. Also, my car does not seem to be working as well with the phone calls and the sound as it was before I dropped it off, so I’m still trying to work those kinks out. I may have to bring it back in.

Greasey, dirty hand print on the driver’s side “A” pillar from where oil sticker was placed on windshield. Oil change was scheduled for 7:00 AM and didn’t finish until 10:55 AM. Please have service technicians move seat back away from steering wheel when they have to move seat forward to move car. I understand this is a work(fleet) car, but I am responsible for taking care of car and try to do so. This is not the first issue I’ve had with the car being left dirtier than it was before it was serviced and or repaired. I have complained to the service department before and was told I would have to make an appointment to have car detailed. I did not do a written complaint or review when it happened. I was hoping things would get better.

When I called to inquire about my car, I was told it would be only about 30 more minutes until it was ready. Since I was already in the area, I went back to the dealership instead of going all the way back home. Needless to say after an hour and a half of waiting, I was extremely frustrated. Had they been honest with me, I would not have wasted an hour and a half of my time just sitting at the dealership. Then when I finally got my car and was driving it home, I noticed that the right blinker was going at double speed. I immediately called them back and was told that that might’ve happened because of the other work they had done and some of the wiring might not have been put back Correctly. So now, since I work through the week, I’m going to have to waste a Saturday to go back to the dealership to have this corrected, ridiculous.
