Your labor rate has increased beyound reason. The waiting area accommodations are no longer customer friendly, you got rid of the complmentry snacks and drinks. Stop exploiting your customers with your greed and get back to appreciting your customer.

I believe the cost of the repair was too high based on online prices for the part, the time it took to diagnose and repair and quotes from competitors. If I were not in a time crunch, I would have gone elsewhere. The repair was completed very quickly and for that I am thankful. Jaclyn was absolutely wonderful in pleasantness and communication.

I have been to your service center on three occasions, the first time the oil was changed and I was told that I needed a cabin filter and another filter so I informed your representative that my vehicle has the service contract for the said items . I got my car back only to later find that the filters were not changed. On my second service appointment which was scheduled for July 4 and was made with your service representative for 7:30 am only to arrive and be greeted with a sign on the door that your business was closed. So reluctantly I had to reschedule for Friday July 11 again at 7:30 am, after I was notified that the oil had been changed and the filters were replaced one of your employees took my car to wash it only to open a window on the passenger side and soak my front seat. Once they informed me of this I was told that they could put plastic on it or they could try to get it dry. Then I had to get one of your loaner vehicles until they could get my seat dry which meant coming back to your location later in the day at which time they had detailed the inside of my vehicle and it was dry. I understand that mistakes happen, however this is just simply ignoring what is going on around you. Your employees should understand that if you are to change filters do it, if your business is closed say it, and if you are going to wash cars definitely check the obvious windows. I have purchased 3 cars from your business along with the package that is offered and made up my mind that under no circumstances would I ever purchase another. Hopefully this will get to the right individual who can implement improvements with your business. Thank you
