The advisor works hard and fine, but the service quality is not as good as before. The coolant is not fully refilled, and we have to come back again just for fastening the replaced battery terminals, and paying by credit card is undually surcharged..

I have a brand new car less than two days old. My phone does not work well I brought it in. They try to tell me yes it works. Then when we connect my phone after they’ve had it all day they had to do a factory reset for it to work and it still sounds bad. I spoke with a young lady where we called from the car to say hey it still sounding bad and she said yes it is sounding bad. I’m sorry actually she said it’s a new car and that’s how they sound but yes, it does sound different. I will contact the person I purchase the vehicle from and see what you guys can do.

Miss Caulder made everattempt to find the issue with the automobile but wouldn't repet the transmission shifting problem only happens on long distance driving.i will continue to monitor on trips.this does not happen on in town daily driving.She made every attempt to cure this issue.
