I want to tell y'all Ms Rabina done a 5 star job . She met in in the parking lot when I drove up . Every time I called she answered the phone except the day she was off Friday. When I brought the car back she met me out side again showed her concern and said she would get it figured out. She kept me updated on her finding and got my car done a day earlier. We have purchased 7 Muranos and 2 Titans from **** Smith since 2008, and we have had excellent service most of the time. Today, I arrived exactly at the time of our appointment to replace four tires, balance, etc. It was exactly THREE hours later before it was ready. I had advised that I would be waiting but, unlike numerous times in the past, no one advised me of the status at ANY point until it was ready. I am NOT hard to please, but sitting in the dated waiting room for three hours does not constitute good service.
