Justin Musser was very Good and listened. He kept me informed. But I don’t know who orders parts but they ordered the wrong parts and so it took 3 days for my car repair. But Justin was going to get me a rental but told him that was ok. I have done business with **** Smith in Lexington when they open but before that I went to Irmo. This is my 8 Nissian!

You got the job done quickly, thank you for that! Not exactly sure what the clanking issue was that I had to come back for though. I know I was told that it had to be “torqued three times” but that just makes it sound like it just wasn’t tight enough and could possibly loosen over time and come back. Hopefully it doesn’t. Thanks!

had an appt at 10am and was there almost 3 hrs. For what I had done that should not have taken that long. I had to keep asking how much longer. When you have an apt it shouldn’t take that long. Also, asked persons who were chatting in the back about leases as mine is up in a year. I have purchased 6 nissans (not here as I moved here recently) but you’d think I’d get an acknowledgment of hey that’s great and hey sit down let’s see what we can do for you…it was me standing and asking what payments are and probing what was on the lot, etc. not good customer service, I did not feel welcomed.
