Bought truck in for noise near front and was told the techs that test drove could not hear very well. Had a 7am appt but had to call back at 2 to find out status of vehicle..was told the manager would test drive about 330 but called back at 430 was told he had to handle irate customers.wanted to know if I needed my vehicle back if not they could check again the next day..I only have one vehicle ..had already gone one day with no results

Katrina is great & so the other staff. I was told that my alignment was fixed on Friday, paid & left. Saturday I was out doing errands and realized it was still pulling so I went back to the dealership around 2:20 & was told the service department closed at 2. Now I have to go back again. I have to wait until Friday because it’s my half day at work. That’s the day I’m supposed to drop it off the body shop. I’m just very frustrated
