Didn’t receive call back when my parts arrived, I had to take initiative and then when I asked they told me I should have waited to hear back. When I explained it had been almost a month, they realized the parts had been there for weeks and nobody called me. Additionally, when I came to pick up my vehicle and check out, they could not find my service provider and so I had to wait for over an hour while my car was ready. I think I will be going to a different service department from now on.

The glove compartment was not installed correctly, it's hanging out. Also part of the dashboard was very dirty. I understand that they had to replace the cabin filter, but this is a sloppy job. I made the drive to Serviced it where i bought the car, which is forty four miles from me where I live. Now I have to go to another dealer so they can install glove compartment correctly. So that means I have to waste my time to to correct your mistake. Very unhappy!
