I went in for a service about my steering wheel and throttle body. The steering wheel issue was stated to be cleared by lubricating the steering shaft grommet. On the drive back home from the Toyota of Glendora dealership, on the first turn I noticed the sound was still there. This occurred multiple times on the drive from the dealership. Along with this issue, the hood of my car was still open. While on the freeway, a loud sound came from my car when I noticed the hood was open. This could have caused a very serious situation where my safety as well as others around me are jeopardized. I am still processing the intensity of the situation. In total, I am very disappointed that I spent $199 for a service that did not fix my initial problem and left me in a dangerous situation.
