I understand having to come back for a tire that you didn’t have in stock but I was told it would be quick. After the hour passed, I went to go to check for a status update, and the service rep told me, I get it. I also have children and grandchildren, referring to the fact that I had told him I had twin babies, and we were waiting, and I wanted to know how much longer. This was my second day there. And I just thought that was a rude comment. I also mentioned a bulge on my tire that I noticed, and he insinuated that it was normal, and that Toyota would not be covering it under warranty, but was not documented.

Saying “no” was difficult for me because I really do appreciate the great service I get from you guys! I just didn’t know if I would have an opportunity to share my thoughts if I said yes! So here’s my customer input… I spent over $800.00 dollars today for my service. I know that I approved all the work in advance, but someone from the service department should be there when I pick up my cat to interpret and explain the invoice to me so I know what what you did and what I paid for. Other than that, great job!
