Though my service advisor (David)was a nice guy, he was not able to help me. At the time of write up, I presented him with the neighboring dealer coupon but said the new manager does not except any coupons but their own. After explaining I was 10,000 miles with prior oil change, and it was excepted. After multiple times and multiple vehicles, I will be going to the other Toyota dealer. I would like to thank Toyota of Glendora for all their past services.

I bought a new 2025 Toyota Sienna and it only has 3800 miles. The power liftgate is having trouble opening ie something is misaligned. I would think fixing this would be covered under warranty. However, Toyota of Glendora blames me for damaging the trunk because they saw “scuff marks” on the inside. IT’S TRUNK! Things can move or perhaps the child stroller scratched it?? They say that they cannot fix it in house and recommended a body shop. I’m okay with this. But I’m not okay that they said the warranty won’t cover the repair because they think that I caused the damage. If you look online the power lift gate misaligning is a common issue that many complain about.
