I’ve always been happy with Toyota’s Toyota Care service program.
I wish there were more packages available for loyal customers that offered discounted services, like all of the recommended services that pop up as my vehicle ages. I was quoted over $1000 for 4 different fluid flushing/replacing. The cost of the parts would have been $250 and the labor costs would have been $800. I do value these technicians and I know Toyota does too, but Toyota as a company and business, should be able to give financial breaks to their loyal customers and cut the labor costs in half.
Especially if it’s paid up front. Just something to think about. I bet more people would participate in these suggested services.
