Drop off and pick up was easy and convenient. I noticed some dirt marks up on the sunroof shade/cover that weren’t there before. It very clearly looks like dirty finger marks. It’s a bit of an inconvenience to know I’m going to have to figure out how to clean that without smudging the dirt, grease, or whatever it is. Also the settings on my dash display were changed and I need to figure out how to get the display back to how I had it before. Not the biggest deal, but a bit of an inconvenience. The smudges up on the sunroof shade were more annoying than the display change. Everything else was awesome.

When we went to discuss what the issue was with the truck and we wanted to understand why it wouldn’t be covered under warranty and how a part could break in that area when we have a $75000 truck, we were talked down to, interrupted, and made to feel like we wouldn’t be knowledgeable or understand what was wrong with the truck. When my husband or a 10 year mechanic. We have never felt more insulated by they way we were spoken to and talked down to by Mike today, because he came off that I’m better than you complex.
We have been looking to purchase a new Camry and been talking to Jeremy who has been so helpful but after today we will never step foot on your dealership again.
