Great except wait time was almost 4 hrs. To be exact , 3 hrs and 45 mins. This was my longest wait time in Toyota since I got the car more than 10 years ago in Glendora. Usually the most was 2 hours only. Thank you !

I know it’s hot but I didn’t care for the smell of dirty sweat that was left in my car. Having to air it out to get rid of it. Consider the mechanics can leave unpleasant smells lingering in our cars. Today was the first time I’ve experienced this from Glendora Toyota so not sure if it was a particular person. Maybe somebody other than this wedding mechanic can drive our car out of the shop in the parking lot? Something like that

Hi there, Olvin was perfectly nice and professional, and frankly did his job very well, but I ultimately felt taken advantage of when I agreed to a $350 service that I could have completed on my own at home with a vacuum. I do not have much car knowledge and didn’t have much information to go on so I trusted the recommendation, but in hindsight I should have rejected the service as it was very overpriced. Unfortunately I wish there had been more transparency around this and that was very disappointing.
