It’s called professionalism. There is something wrong with your cashiers in that entire group including ones who may cover lunches. Your customers are the reason they have a job. All their doing is processing payment once customer has had clarity with report provided to customer work needed & cost. There isn’t anything complex about that, less than 5 minutes with your customer. If it wasn’t for Rodrigo who handles the maintenance of my car, would have no problem seeking out another location. During my recent visit, the intake process was not handled thoroughly. The initial technician’s notes did not accurately reflect the information I provided about my vehicle, and I was told no issues were found. However, a subsequent follow-up call from another technician was handled professionally, and he was able to identify the very issues I had originally described. While I appreciate that follow-up, the lack of accuracy and follow-through at the intake stage, along with a billing discrepancy, needs to be addressed to maintain consistent and professional service.
