I came in for an oil change and I was then recommended to have over $3000 worth of services, some of which I had done just last year. I was told that my brakes needed to be repaired but I took my Prius o a reputable mechanic shop who told me my brakes still had lots of life left. This same mechanic than showed me my struts/suspension which were failing, yet your mechanics didn't catch this, which makes me question your "thorough examination" of my vehicle.

When I dropped off my vehicle without an appointment and no one in line waiting - it felt like my service representative could not take the time to hear what I needed to tell him. He quickly stated the cost for the oil change, which truly wasn’t the reason I was bringing the car in for service, however I had completed because it was my daughters car for college in Colorado and I knew this was the best reason to have it done. I actually brought the car in because of a rattling sound and a tire pressure light that would not go out, in addition to an AC issue (which I chose not to have Toyota look at) because of the cost. My technician stated he would call me with an update which never happened, and when he did call he stated my car was repaired and ready for pickup. I arrived to pick up the car and only after I got home did I realize I had received an email with a status of my vehicles inspection. I reviewed that inspection report I saw some major work that needed to be done to my vehicles inspection. Now I may not have completed it all however I would have had the opportunity to discuss the report and what was found. It’s a little disappointing that the level of service did not come with a valuable discussion.
