I was told I needed to replace two tires and that I could not get an alignment until the tires were purchased. Also, the stick attached to my windshield is certainly not supposed to notify me of my next service because the est miles for next service is 14,000 when my car already has 36,000.

This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. I waited for over three hours, only to get my car back and find that they reset everything. All my driver profiles and preset settings were wiped, and when I returned to address it, the same team gaslit me instead of offering any real solution. Completely unacceptable.
