Bought my first car from you and been taking my cars to be serviced for 15 years. I’ve never felt as disrespected as I did today by a service person. When I dropped my vehicle off I asked if any of the promotions (I had on my phone) would apply and I was told I only needed the minor service, when I went to pick up my vehicle I mentioned he didn’t apply a coupon. I was then sent to the service man where he accused me of not showing the coupons then proceeded to tell me it was only a $3 difference after he put the price in the did some calculations (no idea what he was calculating) and he said it was the same price. Needless to say you lost a long standing customer today.
