When I received my car back from having service performed for recalls. A new rattling sound started coming from my passenger side and I found a screw belonging to my car on the floor of the passenger side. Not thrilled with the work performed as now I have to bring my car back and hope that the problem is resolved without cost to me as I am not the one who caused it.

Went there on A FRIDAYas that is the day I drive from Diamond Bar to have hair done. WAS told to come back on Tues or Wed. I am 88 years old and just to be driving is a plus. I did come back on Tues but may find somewhere else to have my car serviced.i have been a customer there for years.

Rick was very helpful and kind. We actually arranged the parts and service appoint earlier in the month and when he realized I hadn’t come in, he called to check in and reschedule. The part ilInam not satisfied with is that Toyota Glendora is not taking responsibility for the rodent that decided to make the hood of my car its home while my car was being stored there for 6 months on a recall. Rick talked to Dave and Dave said that they would split the cost with me. This is a nice gesture however, I did not drop my car off in March of 2017 with any signs of rodent damage under the hood. I want this handled appropriately and splitting the cost doesn’t seem to be the appropriate action.
