I expected for my car to be washed since I have a lease and dropped $500 today on an oil change and four new tires! Also the driver that took me back to pick up my car took me around Glendora for an hour picking up everyone else and I would've appreciated knowing The situation before hand. I work down the street and could have easily paid eight dollars for an Uber just so I wouldn't have to waste an hour of my busy day waiting for your driver to pick me up and drop me off at the Toyota dealership.

Brandon was really nice and helped me out. I thought it was going to take all day but finished in a good amount of time 2 and a half hours. They gave me a ride to the gym and picked me up once my car was ready. Never been to a toyota that helps you out like that. Was really satisfied with my experience!
