Passenger seat loose after performing recall. All items in the cubby between seats had been taken out and left on the passenger seat instead of bring placed back. I actually had to ask the service advisor why the seat was loose. I have to say that this shop visit was a bit disappointing.

So my boyfriends car has had to get jump started the last couple days so while he was working I decided to bring his car in after speaking to David M. In the service department which told us over the phone a battery would be $135...we had told him we had a Prius..once I showed up to get the battery done he says oh, it's a hybrid. That's a lot more expensive. Then he proceeds to tell me it will be $397.45. He then scribbles that because I was concerned and says $334.46... then says for get that..the battery is $209.46 and the labor will be $125. So which one is it? Before I get into the rest, what really bothered me is this persons mannerisms. He treats you like a number..a cattle call if you will. I get that they are busy but you're in the customer service industry and you should give good quality customer service. He had all the info on the part we needed and I said I won't be able to get a hold of my boyfriend anymore to get the ok, which is why I had my boyfriend directly speak to David before I got here, so if he could give me details on this part, I can look around and compare prices...reason for this was if it's anywhere close in price, I will go ahead and get it done showing my boyfriend it would have cost him just about the same anywhere else.. from the 2nd I got here, he's tried to run me off and rudely tells me go to the parts!!! They will tell you whatever u need to know! And when I say rudely I mean it. He had all the info right there! my boyfriend has been trying to get me to change my bmw and get a Toyota..but after treatment like this, no thank you. When u walk into a bmw dealership, they have a very nice lounge, refreshments, cookies and fruit, not to mention, very nice treatment. Here you get vending machines, a broken coffee maker, and rude behavior. I ended up going to the parts department for info and the parts manager Dave P. came up and at this point I was very upset considering the behavior and the wrong quote. It was David's responsibility to give us the right quote by asking us the right questions. As a consumer, how do I know a hybrid battery is more than 3x the cost? Dave P got 5 stars 100%. This guy gave me high quality service while being very kind and professional! He knocked off the part and labor with a total of $250 out the door..not the $135 that was quoted but he really tried his best and personally expedited the whole process for me. All in all I believe they should have cot the cost down even more considering I was given the wrong quote..anyways, I brought the car in at 12:45 pm and I just got notified by Rick in the service department (which was also super awesome and kind btw) that they are finishing up already on a super busy day and I should be out by 2:30pm. Sadly I couldn't give more stars because of the wrong quote (double the cost after all) and bad unapologetic attitude of David M. And Pat in parts is so sweet and awesome too! Great character and thanks for attempt to fix the coffee machine! If I ever come back, Rick will be my guy! I can't say enough nice things about him. He asked to check a couple other things for me and if I would mind waiting and he didn't have to do that. Honestly before I would have given them 0 stars and the absolute only reason I gave three was for Dave P, Rick and Pat!

3 hours waiting. Tire was not fully inspected although I told them it looses air, they just did visual inspection, I told them that I cane from the tire shop and they found a cut which is leaking the air, I told them that it was almost down in the morning and David answerd back that maybe somebody did that to me!!! I was ready to purchase a new tire from the dealer but now I changed my mind, I am buying the tire from somewhere else. In addition, I was treated insignificantly and wasn’t properly reached and addressed as a customer. Also, I have VW as well, why VW dealer washes the car and you don’t?!
