Yesterday, I had my oil changed at your Glendora location. Earlier that day, I had a dentist appointment and I wasn’t feeling my best. However, Mr. Rodriquez did his best to update me on the status of my car and do what he could to get the job done quickly. To be honest, at one point I was getting coffee in the waiting room and saw him getting hot water to warm a baby bottle for the mother of a small child. When I asked him what he was doing he simply said “she’s a mother of 4 and her baby was crying, so I thought I’d warm this up to help her out.”
I agreed with him and thought to myself “that’s not that typical customer service you receive - anywhere.” I’ve always had a good experience at this Toyota location but this day was truly a delight.
