David is a knowledgeable and courteous professional. I don't know his exact title but he knew everything going on with my vehicle and was very patient. He also knew everything going on with others I got the impression he was a manager. He was helping people that were in the driveway and inside by the cashier's area too. With everyone he was kind and he also used his Spanish skills in a kind manner. Great guy to have as a quarterback for a great team too! I had a fantastic experience.
