I was happy with everything till I got my car back. When I got in the air conditioner was running and my front windows were down. I rolled up my window to find what appeared to be a scratch in it. It’s on the passenger side front window. I pulled into a spot right there after the service windows, and I got out to check even try to clean it but it was still there. I used my nail to feel that it is located on the inside part of the window and you can feel where it is that there is a scratch. I went back immediately and spoke to the service advisor who took care of the appointment. He looked at it, tried to clean it, then asked for my number and said he would be calling to schedule an appointment. I asked what would be done to fix it, he said the window person would fix it and didn’t say more. I stated the window has tint which was not done here, and he said that it wouldn’t be a problem. This happened on 8/21/18 just before 10:30 am, and I have not heard anything more since. You could clearly she he was upset, and as a customer I couldn’t tell if it was with me or the situation. I generally have Mike Montgomery assist me with my service appointments, but it was my understanding when making the appointment he wasn’t in the office.
