I was told it might be 2-3 hours. There were a lot of cars. It didn’t bother me I was pre pared for a wait. It took a little over an hour. Which was nice. He was very pleasant and answered my questions.

The process was simple and straight forward. I texted Rick to verify that I could bring my car in for the 5,000 mile service. He replied that it was a good time and I dropper the car off. Two hours later the service department notified me that the car was ready and I picked it up.
