Brandon be was extremely helpful. He checked me in and asked me to wait for the next representative for the next job. When that representative wasn't there he took the initiative and took care of me.
The pickup we as another story.. I waited over 30 minutes to get my car after it was called for pickup. I went to the cashier and checked out. He called for my car. I went out and waited and waited. Finally be I was fed up and asked 5 members standing around where my car was. They felt bad then and quickly got my car

The only thing I’d like to mention is that I waited about 5 minuets before someone came to help me. There were people in the booths and walking around but didn’t come up to me. I usually see Mike Montgomery and he is excellent but unfortunately he was not there.

Still a work in progress. My car is waiting on a re-build of the touch screen system. Brendon said he would call me yesterday, but I didn’t hear from him. I expect that he will call on Monday to let me know how long it will be before the car is ready. In the meantime, he got me set up with an acceptable rental car.
