The time to service my car was quoted as an hour to an hour and a half and it took over 2 hours for me to finally drive out of the dealer after my car was serviced. However, I do appreciate that staff let me know when my car was close to being done and noted that they replaced my windshield wipers, free of charge. It might be better to overestimate the time of when service would be done or let the customer know if service is going to take longer than anticipated rather than have them wait.

My paper work stated that I needed somethinga replaced and that the servicea person explained it to me. However no such thing happend. It also stated that he offered to schedule my next appt. that did not happended. It took me 30 minutes to get help on top of that even though I had app.
