The service representative was extremely helpful and supportive of my repair needs. I was there for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I identified a problem with the carpeting in the back that had pulled out from the molding and was told it would be my responsibility to cover the repair as my Corolla is past the warranty. It didn’t make sense to me that such a random and reportedly rare problem according to the serviceman and an obvious defect in the workmanship would be my responsibility. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was pleased to find it had been taken care of. We are in need of purchasing a new vehicle soon and because of your serviceman’s efforts we will highly consider purchasing another Toyota from Glendora.
