Love the service and people who work there. Twice in a row our “schedule maintenance soon” had not been reset. First after regular maintenance, second we were in for recall, asked to reset the button. 2 miles away we realized we had to return to have it redone! An irritation rather than a huge problem than goodness.

Initial employees 1st parking attendant 2nd walk around intake person both exhibited to our perception a I HATE BEING HERE RIGHT NOW a over their faces and voices

The young woman who gave me the paperwork and said the car was ready sadly back to the mimicking first two zero personality employees.
We are new car purchaser of a truck every 3rd year and family vehicle every 5th and have purchased forensic of new Toyotas from 4 dealerships with Handy our current and favorite of them all.
I’m not interested in whining or wasting anyone’s time.
The question was asked and obviously I feel strong enough to take the time to answer …. You’d be wise as well to act in what I’m sharing with you.
At no time did anyone seem to us as a mean spirited person nor was theater any indication they had any “issue” with either of us personally.
It was however VERY obvious neither was making any attempt at all at basic customer service.
Our sole motivation is to hopefully encourage conversation with all the employees about this needful component to sales of $80,000 vehicles … not just for those like ourselves with high repeat business but everyone spending their hard earned money deserves simple friendly service for the least a reasonable number of years afterward.

I came in for a tire change. I asked about my front windshield wipers rubbing & making an annoying noise. I mentioned I had the wiper blades replaced at my last visit due to this issue, and it did not resolve the problem. Perhaps there was a tension that could be adjusted? The service person added my question to the list, or so I thought. After the tires were changed, I saw my vehicle returned to the parking lot, where I successfully intercepted a mechanic starting to replace my wiper blades. I told him to stop, and explained the issue. He kindly explained the mechanics of the wiper arm, spring, etc. I am not sure if I was heard in the initial conversation with the service rep. It was a bit disconcerting to have to interrupt someone thinking he was doing his job. Clearly there was a misunderstanding of my concern. That said, the rest room was clean and the hot chocolate hit the spot!

First to compliment - all service advisors very professional and pleasant.
Unfortunately when I started RAV4 after paying bill, the same 3 warning lights came on immediately in parking lot and stayed on entire drive home - ABS, AWD, and Slip Indicator.
Occurred just as service dept closed for the night @ 6pm.
Once home, turned off and started vehicle a couple more times driving short distances. All warning lights came on and stayed on 2 out 3 test hops. So it’s the same symptoms as before. Will reschedule 2nd look and consult with SM. Over $1200 in diagnostics, parts, and labor so far and hoping not to strain budget much further. Looking forward to final fix. Thank You, Rick Wilson
