My 2023 has a bad engine and it happened at 62000 miles. I am waiting for a decision from handy or Toyota as to how you will proceed regarding the warranty.i have never owned a vehicle in my life that the engine failed with this problem . I have always been a ford owner this is my first Toyota and at this point I am very disappointed .i hope you do the right thing solve my problem thank you, Chris Laggis.

I thought overall, it was pretty good.
Here are a couple things that I did not like.
I figured I could watch some World Cup soccer in your waiting room. I could not find any buttons to change the channel on the TV and there was no remote control in the waiting room. You’re not alone, I walked over to Walmart and their station was even worse than yours.
Also, I was told the service would be about 2.5 hours, it was closer to 3.5.
My appointment was for 1 o’clock, my car was inside and parked by 1 o’clock, I noticed it did not enter the service area until 130 or so.
Overall, I am satisfied, but the question was completely satisfied, and so I needed to be honest

My service was projected as about an hour long. After one and a half hours I received a text that my service was completed. 25 minutes after that I had to go and inquire about my truck as I was still sitting in the waiting room. I understand sometimes things take a bit longer but after going to your business for the last 7 years I have never had service like this. I finally went and got an employee to check for me and then finally about 2 hours and 10 minutes after arriving I finally got my paperwork and truck.I am from NY and it takes me roughly a hour and a half to get to the dealership but have been a loyal customer for 7 straight years. Today was very disappointing.
