The last 3 service experiences have been a total nightmare. I need to reach out to the service manager. I've always had my service done with handy, and myself and my extended family have always purchased our vehicles there but we are all in discussion about bringing our business elsewhere. This is to the point where driving our vehicles home from service is a danger to myself and my family.

I had a appointment for a tonneau cover for my new Toyota Tacoma 4x4 pickup truck, and guess what. Some body ordered the wrong cover. I bought the truck a week ago and.. U might assume that someone might be able to figure out what truck bed length. I drove 2 hours for nothing.

I was scheduled for a repair, but after waiting over an hour was told that a part needed to be ordered. I explained when I called (4/17) that I was taking a trip in a week and needed the repair before that. This had happened before and the details were in my account. I paid $72 for diagnostics and still must drive 4 hours tomorrow with no cruise control. I asked the man at check out if someone could show me how to work it (I told him it still turns on and my son had pressed something to have it set the speed) without the repair, but he said only if I paid more money. Very disappointing. I bought my car there and have serviced it there for years and did not feel like I got
good customer service at all.

Victoria went above and beyond to try to fix problems related to my service. When I booked the appointment I was clear that I needed A tail light replaced. It was not noted on The appointment so the part wasn't there. The person who checked me in confirmed That I was leaving the truck and returning at 4 pm that day However wrote on the form that I was returning the following day After 3 30. The vehicle was not in any condition for me to take it when I arrived to pick it up. The team jumped through hoops to make sure I had a vehicle and was not inconvenienced by all of the mistakes... completely positive and grateful for those members
