When I went to put my insurance card and registration back in my glove compartment, my glove compartment wasn’t there. I found it in the backseat and had to reinstall it myself. This seems like a big thing to overlook by your mechanics. The glove compartment was fine when I brought the car in.

I was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment and left at 4:45pm. Several times I was told that it should take no longer than an hour and a half more but ended up waiting over 7 hours at the dealership. I was later informed that the tech was assigned to different work and got pulled away from my car even though I had a scheduled appointment. I had to miss work and lost over $100 of income that was very needed as I can work minimally due to a disability. I have normally gotten good service from this department, I’m not sure if this was a series of miscommunication or what exactly happened but it was very disruptive to my day and I left feeling quite upset.

I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and now the dashboard navigation is black, the radio doesn’t work when it was brought in with no issues fully functioning listening to the radio with the screen on when dropped off. Something happened during the time it was at the dealership and it was not fixed. Not okay.

My service advisor was lovely, it’s the answer she was given to one of the issues I’m experiencing. I push the side button to open my liftgate and it’s stuck, it often takes 2-3 tries with the handle to finally pry it open. All I was told was it might be the tonneau cover making it stick, the same cover that was sold with the vehicle already installed which makes this your problem and unacceptable. It’s not usable.
