Over an hour waiting before my truck even went into shop I ended up getting picked up from a friend and asked to call me when it was ready. 2 1/2 hours after apt I called to see if it was ready. Over 5 mins on hold to speak with someone. They said it was ready. Got there and everyone in service garage area were on their cell phones so not sure why I waited 5 mins to speak with someone. Finally got my keys and was missing my remote starter. Not sure why it was taken off. Over 5 mins looking to see where it was I located it in my cup holder in my truck. So my “taking the morning off” from work ended up costing me almost a full day of pay. My apt was at 10:30 and didn’t leave there until 1:20 for an oil change and tire rotation mind you. One of the 2nd bad experiences since I got my truck. The last time I got my oil changed there was oil/greasy footprints on the part between my door and the floor mat. Did a survey about that then and never heard anything from it so I’m wondering if I’m wasting my time with this survey. So hope my next time is a better experience.

I was overcharged for my service. I signed at intake for a price that was $100 cheaper than what I was charged. When I showed this signed invoice to the employee she was unhelpful, and told me if I wanted my car I could pay the more expensive price. She said nobody was available to do anything about it on the weekend and there “was nothing she could do”. Won’t be coming back, will be disputing this fraud with my credit card company

They said that my tires were low but it wasn’t clear on the paper. I just bought the car and so I am concerned that tires are needed so soon. I was hoping for a quick clean and vacuum but instead the paper mat was left on the front mat. Other than that, the people were nice and I only waited an hour.

I was told that my car would be left outside for after-hours pickup, but when I arrived the doors were locked and my car had been left inside closed dealership area. This caused unnecessary inconvenience , including additional travel time to dealership tonight and again tomorrow to pick up car, lost time overall, and additional disruptions from not having access to my car.
