My truck went in on Thursday; I didn’t get it back till Friday at almost 5! Not only did it take forever and the girl was RUDE but it wasn’t even washed?! Now correct me if I’m wrong but when you pay sticker price on a vehicle and it goes in for service you already pre-paid for the LEAST you could do is wash it! And there was no apology for not getting it done nothing! I would like to take my service to Heritage Toyota because they at least treat you with respect and listen. And at least know when you keep a vehicle for 2 days you wash it!

Service was great, my displeasure stems from the fact that my complimentary rental was not full of gas when I picked it up so I had no way of knowing how much gas was used. I drove from Handy’s to Colchester Village and back, I stopped at Maplefield’s 1/2 mile from the dealership and put $20.00 of gas in the rental and gave the receipt to the gentleman at the rental counter.
