I was very satisfied with tori my service advisor. I don't like the comments made by the rental guy saying I beg to differ with you saying nothing was wrong with my car. I have had my car there 3 times in the last month and a half for front end banging. My right strut has been changed 3 times in that time. I will not recommend toyota service to anyone. If I hear one sound from my front end I won't be coming to toyota I will bring my car to a different service place and have the whole front end inspected to see what work was done and what toyota said they did.

I specially gave a separate number to call for pick up and waited all day for the call. When I called at 5:30 they said they called another number that was on the account. Upon returning to pick up the truck it was found unlocked and unwashed. For a $75,000 pick up I find this unacceptable service especially with the extended maintenance plan. Once
I returned home I discovered that the recalls are still listed in the Toyota app so I now need to find time to call and get this taken care of.
