Because they couldn’t find the problem with my remote start, and I was told to contact Toyota. I think this is something that the dealer should have to do. And I should have been offered a loner Vehicle until it was solved.

You charge top dollar for these vehicles you should stand by your product. I thought Toyota was better than that. Guess I was wrong.
