Gary was excellent!! Very kind and courteous and accurate when I requested an update as to when my car would be ready, I knew it would take a minimum of 4 hours and so that is when I checked and he advised approximately 1 more hour, he was on the money… Thank You Gary for being so customer friendly and I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone based on my experience with him.

I was sent a very short video of someone pointing at things that may or may not have been done under the hood. No actual footage of any work being performed. No video footage of anything about a tire rotation which may or may not have been performed. More detailed video proof is needed in my opinion.

I scheduled my appointment well in advance on a Saturday. I’m in healthcare and have scheduled patients. I was scheduled for an oil change. After service was completed I was told an oil change wasn’t done and that it wasn’t needed. When I came home I checked my records and knew that was incorrect. I called back on Monday after getting an email showing it was done. I was told that it definitely was not done but it indeed needed done so I was rescheduled to come back in. I had to take a day off work and reschedule my patients.
