Gary was very attentive. However, I got confirmation texts for Morgantown Lexus. I called St Albans Lexus to confirm my appt was there and they said it was a system glitch. Since my appt I have gotten two missed appt texts for Morgantown Lexus I was told it would be about 45 minutes for the appt. It was two hours. I usually wait and work while I’m there but it’s not usually that long
