Love Moses Toyota the employees are always helpful and curtous.the shuttle service is also a great plus. They work in a timely manner.

The vehicle took 1 week to complete which seemed like a bit long.
It was rather hard to communicate with staff at the actual dealership via phone or messaging but once I was able to get a hold of someone it was fine everyone was helpful and courteous. When we got the vehicle back we just looked in our middle compartment and we had about 4-5 M&M containers filled with quarters that we use for parking and miscellaneous type things and someone had stolen them as the containers are empty now so not real happy about that.

I was satisfied with the service, staff is always friendly. Tyler was kind and helpful. I was disappointed that the issue was not caught on any of the multipoint inspection reports, my daughter said the car was making the noise for a while. Also, very dissatisfied that a 2024 is already having issues. I bought my daughter this car because Toyota is known to withstand the test of time. Now, I am having second thoughts.

To Whom It May Concern,
Yesterday, my car was taken and driven off the lot by another customer. I do realize it was a mistake. However, if my car had been in an accident, the gentleman and the dealership would have been held liable. Therefore, I have a suggestion for future services. When the mechanic finishes the servicing, he/she then takes the keys to the service desk and gives them to the person working the service desk. The worker puts the keys with the matching paperwork. Then the worker notifies the actual owner to come to the desk to sign the paperwork and get the keys. This whole situation could have been avoided if my keys were not left in the car following servicing. I believe it would be in the dealership’s best interest to fix procedures so that this does not happen again. Thank you.
