After a very bad experience with another Toyota service dealer and came back to Moses Toyota. Wow what a breath of fresh air. Gary met me at the truck and we spoke about what was needed to be looked at today. Very professional and friendly. While I waited for my service to be completed your automated texts kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Gary came out after it was completed and said unfortunately I’d have to come back for the one repair as the part wasn’t a stock item but said it should only be a week or 2. Definitely glad I came back to Mose Toyota and will recommend to others

I requested for them to look at my tailgate because it’s not opening the way it is supposed to. He said he could repeat it but it did it right before I got there and again when I got home. It does it like 95% of the time. So in my eyes he lied to me about even looking at it.
